Flinty Sauvignon Blanc. But forget any preconceptions one may have on the new world style. Fantastic drop. Piercing energetic acidity, achieved by blending grapes picked over a period of 5 tries, every 10 days. This way Matias could play with natural acidity. Really opened up after a few hours and check that low level of alcohol!!
